My Dad broke out with a bad rash every where and the staff didn’t know what caused it. And a month later they wanted to sent him to the Dermatologist to see what caused it. They said it was probably their laundry detergent.

Absolutely wonderful care! I am very impressed. It may not look like much on the outside but the care is wonderful. They took my mom who had stage 4 pressure sores, from the hospital, down to presenting as a 2. I recommend them. I am a nurse and have worked at many facilities.

My uncle is currently in this facility. It's definitely not a place to have your loved one placed in at all. The wheelchairs have no feet rests on them and for those who can't use thier feet it can be horrible. Their feet get tangled underneath and they go flying out of it. When you ask the staff they say of course that there are none. Ridiculous.. That's not the only thing, after falling and getting hurt he has yet to see the doctor. I mean seriously?? What kind of place is this??Come on.. I have also heard other family members that there was bowel movement all over the walls and some of the other patients were half falling out of their beds. This kind of neglect is totally uncalled for and not alright.. period.. it's really sad seeing as how you want the best care for your family member and at this facility you are not going to get it.. definitely not a good place. This is an honest review, I think you should know before you ever even consider it as a place for your loved one.

My mom was healthy and in good shape. She didn't last long there. She contacted C -diff and was ignored by the staff and died after just a few weeks there. Don't take your family members there. They will be ignored there.

They let my mom rot ignored her, failed to communicate and now she’s gone. We got her records and wow what a work of fiction. Medicare is investigating!! Get your loved ones OUT OF THERE

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
