My sister lives their and when she needs something or to be changed she told you have to wait and is left soiled for hours and is told we are short that’s not good

In the beginning this is how I felt I did update below. I haven’t been there to see my brother but my husband has. He said the staff there is wonderful and taking such good care of my brother. They seem to really care rather than just being there doing a job. I have experienced other care facilities and have not been happy at all. They were very busy and too busy to take care of each individual. My brother is getting very good care by caring people. When I call to check on him everyone is so very nice. I talked to Crystal who is amazing and also Bussie (not sure how to spell her name). They are so nice and don’t have a problem with me calling them anytime. I could only hope and pray that I could be in a facility like this one if I needed it. Thank you all. You will see my brother through to the end and I’m ok with him being in your capable hands. Well look like I spoke too soon. I still give Crystal and Bussie a 5 star but seems the night staff isn’t as on top of it. My nephew had to keep telling them to turn my brother so he wouldn’t get bed sores. One evening they dropped off his food tray and walked out without feeding him. He is unable to feed himself. His call button was on the floor and is quite often. He hadn’t had fresh water in 24 hours. One evening they over medicated him. Unfortunately I can’t be there. I’m hoping his friends who will be visiting will help.

About this data

How to read this page

Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.

Where this data comes from

All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.

What to do next

Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
