I had a truly positive experience at Gridley post-acute, and I’m very grateful for the care I received. The CNAs and nurses were exceptional. Consistently kind, attentive, and patient, they made sure I felt safe, respected, and supported every day. No matter how busy things were, they always took the time to check in and help with a genuine sense of compassion.

The physical therapy staff deserve special recognition. The PT team was outstanding. Knowledgeable, motivating, and encouraging in exactly the right ways. They pushed me when I needed it, listened when I needed rest, and always explained the “why” behind the work we were doing. Their dedication and positive energy made a huge difference in my recovery and confidence.

Overall, this facility is filled with hardworking professionals who truly care about their patients’ well-being and progress. I would absolutely recommend this rehab center to anyone in need of post-acute care and rehabilitation. This is Gridley’s hidden gem and cares about their patients and the community.

About this data

How to read this page

Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.

Where this data comes from

All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
