  Must say that Jenny is the best rehab therapist out there. She worked with my mom who we all thought was at deaths door and after her shunt surgery I was floored that she got her up and walking and now my mom is actually excited about her future. She has that spark in her eye and feels like she has her life back again. She is becoming so independent that I’m in awe. I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience, kindness and consistency. She Never pushed my mom to do anything beyond her comfort level. She’s the one you want in your loved ones life! I wish I could pay her a million dollars for all she’s done.<br>My mom also has a lot of peculiarities when it comes to food and Lorna has really worked with her and been so patient with all her peculiarities. She comes and checks in with my mom frequently so she never feels forgotten about. She lets me also do a weekly plan for my mom which is awesome! She will be missed.<br>Nurses are all so nice and caring. I love that they don’t think they are ‘better than’ and if CNA’s are tied up they jump in and help with getting my mom out of the car to making the bed. It feels so cohesive and everyone just works really well together.<br>My mom has a lot of favorite CNA’s and wanted me to do a shout out to Sol who just organized her whole closet and all her stuff! So sweet!! Kelly brought her a cute souvenir and my mom keeps it in her Kleenex box and always tells me how sweet she is to have thought of her.<br>It kind of feels like the Nordstrom of nursing homes. Everywhere you turn there is a friendly smile and a willing hand. Thank you Bayside!

  The social service director/representative of this faculty is extremely rude, and evasive. The rest of the staff is awesome. If you have a loved one who needs to go to this facility, visit often and pay attention to the medication that they give. They gave my loved one Norco and Xanex. Not a good combination for someone who had no pain.

  This was the only place that had the heart, to help my daughter, and that was due to Marissa Pickins, the administrator, I cannot think her enough, and since my daughter has been there, she has improved, and the staff has been amazingly accommodating wonderful people

  I was in there the first part of this year and it is very great. Not that I really.want to back because of the reasons you go there but I would in a minute. It has very good people.

  The staff here are remarkable! What a nice surprise. From the CNAs, LVNs, RNs to Physical Therapy and Social Services, I give my thanks for their attention and caring under what are sometimes very difficult circumstances.
