The best customer service began at the check-in for me! That young lady is very professional and kind. I would have been lost without her! Thank you so much!

  • John Kniering ★★★★★ February 5, 2026

The staff is extraordinary: dedicated & professional.

  • Elizabeth Loveless ★★★★★ January 23, 2026

The staff has been great my mom just got there it is really a luxury place ~ she is there for short term rehab but already I know she will get better soon

  • Antonia Baker ★★★★★ January 10, 2026

Every time we go there which is a monthly visit on a Saturday for a special church event for the patients in the facility love to see how they participate and get excited about the singing, and how they clap their hands and even at moments, they have a touching moment where they feel special touch And tears begin to fall. It just shows that we are there helping them and comforting them and they are appreciative of us coming in and having time with them and spending time with them and giving them the word of God as well so yes, it is a great place to go to be able to share and comfort with those who are there

This place is rapidly declining and the way people’s families are treated is highly inappropriate! Staff members steal residents belongings with no resolve and then when you ask for answers you’re met with attitude from their superiors. Rooms are not up to par and neither is the service being provided. They have to do better. When asked for a referral and other options I was told to Google it by their “New Social Worker” J. So here I am on Google 🤷🏾‍♀️

About this data

How to read this page

Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.

Where this data comes from

All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.

What to do next

Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
