If you move your loved one out of assisted living and are owed a refund, do not expect the Pines to volunteer a refund. It has taken me six months just to get to the point where they say they have submitted the refund for the check to be cut. Initially they attempted to charge another month’s rent.

Tom Sanford our relief person at the sign in desk is always such a pleasure to deal with. Always helpful when with anything you ask of him. He always brightens your day when you see him anywhere in the complex.
