We are happy to offer this extra good review . My wife made the choice to have Autumn Care Home in Madison Va to care and attend to her Aunt . This nice older lady has been at Autumn Care for 3 plus years and her spirits are very high, she likes the food and she enjoys the activities 0ffered each day of the week. And my wife and myself are extremely happy with the atmosphere that is provided and the culture of friendliness in this place. We highly suggest you arrange to talking with the staff if you are considering adult long term care for your family member .

Autumn care was our first choice for my dad. We're glad things worked out for him here. My wife and I visited another location in Fredericksburg and immediately knew he wasn't going there. The staff at Autumn care are second to none. Always courteous and helpful. My dad is taken care of very good. Thank you Autumn Care of Madison!

I want to say how great all of the staff were today. They held a Thanksgiving Luncheon for the residents and their families. The teamwork was amazing. The dietary staff did an amazing job with the food. Thanks to Autumn Care of Madison for making it special for their residents.

About this data

How to read this page

Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.

Where this data comes from

All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.

What to do next

Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
